April fools herself

April fooled herself today for the first time.

In several historic acts of breathtaking idiocy, April, a rapscallion commonly known for making other people look bad, fooled herself today causing embarrassment that was probably unwanted and very possibly unwarranted.

“I just don’t know what got into me,” April said. “There I was, minding my own business, when my right hand threw a banana peel in my way and I stepped on it, slipped, and landed on my ass.”

April then tripped over her own, outstretched leg. Following that, she claimed Santa Claus was just behind her. She looked and proceeded to mock herself with the statement, “made you look.” Finally, she grabbed a banana cream pie that just happened to be there, and threw it in her face.

Strangely, the left side of her body was the culprit for many of these actions. “It was biblical, like my left hand didn’t know what my right hand was doing,” April said. “I really can’t explain it. I can’t wait until this day is over,” she said, and turned to walk away, but fell into a hole that she’d covered with a cloth and camouflaged with sticks and other debris.
